Our Company reserve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package/trek/expedition without assigning any reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly through e-mail, phone call , sms or any means of communication of such changes .Therefore, no  grievance regarding  any changes made. Such changes may be necessitated due to factors beyond our control such as  strikes,  weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights. Cancellation or re-routing of Railway and Flights. Once money is paid for tour packages and trek, it is not refundable, whether the tour and trek is fully completed, especially with above mention condition and client pertaining to any reasons e.g. Sickness, natural calamities etc.

Please note that the  itinerary may have changed. The services and products displayed may have changed. . Distance between places and temperatures are approximate and can change depending on travel, due to road condition and climate changes.


For any kinds of  loss, thefts, mishaps, injury or accidents what so ever that may occur in such trip-tour or trek/expedition company is not responsible.


Guide?s decision must be treated final decision during critical situation that may arise in trekking or tour.


Hotel selection at different destination during tour- The Company selects hotels for your stay at locations, which give comfort and value for money, If you seek a change in rooming while on a tour, the same will be subject to availability and you will need to pay any additional charges as may be applicable.


Double Accommodation: A double bedroom has a two separate beds or a single queen size bed. Changes in bed  would be provide subject to availability.

Economy hotels are budget hotels and they may not have any star category classification obtained from the relevant authorities of Government. 

Standard hotels are mainly 2 star category hotels approved by the India Tourism, Government of India. They may also include Heritage hotels, Lodges and Resorts. 
Deluxe hotels can be categorized with ratings of 3 star or 5 star approved by the Ministry of India Tourism, Government of India. They may also include

Heritage Hotels, Resort and lodges.


Transport : In some cases you might have to change vehicle due to mechanical defect ,changes would be provide subject to availability.


Health: Please note that your health is entirely your risk and responsibility. Our tours & trek are suitable for persons of reasonable fitness. They may not suit persons,who are medically infirm or who have special needs or requirements whether due to age, medical conditions or otherwise. 
It shall be your duty to inform us in case you have any medical condition that may affect your ability to fully enjoy our tour arrangements or where the interests of other tour participants may be adversely affected by such condition

Cancellation charges:

1.Clear 25 working days or more prior to the date of  departure of the Tour-25% of the tour cost.

2.Clear 24 to 14 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour-50% of the tour cost.

3.Clear 13 to 8 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour-75% of the tour cost.

4.Less than 7 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour-100% of the tour cost.
