Eastern Himalayan Tour - (Duration: 08 Days / 07 Nights)



Day 1 - Arrival at NJP Railway Station / Bagdogra Airport. Transfer to Gangtok (5500 ft /130 kms / 4 hrs). Evening free on leisure. (Overnight at Gangtok Hotel).

Day 2 - Proceed to Gangtok local sightseeing -Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok,Jhakri Water Falls, Burtuk Falls, Ranka Monastery, Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday) Nam Nang View Point (Ropeway on direct payment basis) & Flower Show. (Overnight at Gangtok Hotel).

Day 3 - Proceed for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (12400 ft / 54 kms / 3 hrs). Evening back to Gangtok.( Overnight at Gangtok Hotel).

Day 4 - Drive from Gangtok  to Pelling -West Sikkim(6500 ft/ 130 Kms/5 hrs) Via Buddha Park (Overnight at Pelling Hotel).

Day 5 - Pelling sightseeing- Rimbi Waterfalls, Rock Garden, Khecheopalri Lake & Kanchenjunga Water Falls. After lunch you cover Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdentse Ruins, New Helipad and View Tower.(Overnight at Pelling Hotel).

Day 6 - Drive from Pelling to Darjeeling.(6100 ft/120 Kms/5hrs) (Overnight  at Darjeeling Hotel).

Day 7 - Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (at around at 4 am) sunrise view over Kanchenjunga Peak (subject to clear weather) on your way back visit Batasia Loop & Ghoom Monastery. After Breakfast city tour of Darjeeling visit Padmaja Naidu Himalaya Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tea Garden (outer view), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self ? Help Center (Closed on Sunday), Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda. (Overnight at Darjeeling Hotel).

Day 8 - Gangtok / NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport.
